Alpha and Omega

So a new season of my life has started! and I am LOVING it!

I am now officially a STUDENT.

It feels like I have never been a student before, and let alone STUDY!

I have never studied before in my life, so trying to study and force myself into this lifestyle has been quite challenging.

But I know that I am on a mission, so I will study, and graduate from this place.

So my Cambodia season was so intensely epic, I look back on it with such fond memories.

God taught me so much, so much about His heart for the world, and how He wants us to all be missional.

Our Father is missions-minded, so we need to be as well...

Another thing God taught me was on leadership.

He taught me alot about that.. - but thats for another time, another post.

I have renovated my bed room! so its possible for me to actually sit my butt down and study!

So Bible college started last week with a intensive week on Greek.

It came to a point where when i lay down to sleep at night, i would see Greek words floating around in my head.

haha!

but man, this language is so difficult.. =(

but it's okay. I will tank on.

day by day God is continuing to stretch my character, and continues to challenge me to be more like Him, in word and deed.

I felt like I should delete facebook because it was a hindrance to me and my studies, it was a huge distraction for me, and i just know the enemy's going to use fb to distract me from my mission.

- there is no way I can let that happen.

so this year I wont be leading a cell group, I'll just be doing CON on Thursday nights and teaching at PG1 =)

speaking of CON, we have a new name!

ReCON!

Revival CON!!!!

Reconnaissance, Reconsider, Reconversion, Reconcile, Reconstruct, Reconvict.

Its all about the Reconception of Christ in their lives - taking people back to their creator,

Reconditioning the spiritual status of Sydney

Reconfigure the hearts and minds of dead or sleeping revivalists

Reconfirm your calling in life

Reconnecting the broken hearts with the maker of hearts

We're going to Reconsecrate our southland of the Holy Spirit

And we're going to Reconsider how we do street evangelism.

We're going to Reconstruct God's body in this city

We will help Reconvert the backslidden believers

and We're going to Reconvince everyone that they need Christ.

ultimately, its about Reconnecting to our Father.
